How does the billing process work?
Payments are due at time of appointment. Receipts or documentation may be provided upon request for reimbursement.
Cancellation policy
Please give twenty-four hours notice for all cancellations, no shows or cancellations without twenty four hours notice will be subject to a $75.00 fee.
